Abbott Donegal, Award Celebration Night Fri 15th Feb, Lough Esk Castle Donegal



Objectives
To provide a live experience for staff to celebrate their success over the previous year, by having a movie themed award event, with a professional comedy M.C and movie props.
Budget
€20,000 for entertainment
Target Audience
Staff working in Abbot Donegal Town.
Size & Scope
up to 200 employees to attend.
Concept
At the entrance to the venue there were movie cars including a delorean, USA police car, New York taxi and sports car. Also a branded welcome arch, red carpet, giant stars, director chairs and props. At the reception they were greeted by a swing singer, caricature artist, up-close magician and roaming movie characters including Mary poppins, Superman, Freddie Krueger and Wonder Women.
Staff would then enter the seated ballroom where there was a buffet meal, cyclone ball game, movie props, stage, sound and lighting for awards and comedy.
Oliver Callan then preformed a specially written comedy sketch for staff and present awards

Objectives Fulfilled
Fantastic reaction, staff didn’t expect so much activity and were stock to heard their names, hobbies and locations mentioned in the specially written comedy sketch.

Hight Street Mall Ashbourne Sat 30th June, Summer Carnival



Objectives
To provide a free live experience for families with interactive game and actives.
Budget
€2,000 for entertainment
Target Audience
Families and Customers living in the Ashbourne and surrounding area.

up to 1000 adults and children to attend.
Concept
The event ran for 4 hours during a fantastic summers days, all actives supervised including, crazy golf, cyclone ball game, 50ft inflatable obstacle course, face painting and world cup penalty shoot out.
